While March 16th is the actual launch day for the iPad 3 which is known as the new iPad , some lucky folks over at Tinhte.vn in Vietnam have managed to grab one a little early. While there is an unboxing video and tons of pics of the device , it's barely any different from the iPad 2. I guess we have to use the Retina display in person in order to experience the difference. The New 3rd Generation 4G iPad already gets unboxed in Vietnam
