Check Out Microsoft’s New Timeline on Facebook


Microsoft has just added more details to it’s Timeline on Facebook if you haven’t noticed. The timeline now features all major events since the start of 1975 when the company officially founded on April 4th of that year. Defiantly worth to check it out if you haven’t.

You don’t need to have a facebook account to view the timeline. It’s interesting that both Google and Apple has yet to update their fan page to the new timeline. (note: Apple doesn’t have an official fan page yet, even though they have iTunes and App Store being listed on Facebook)
If you are interested in the history of Microsoft, this is a great visual representation and quick summary of all the glorious events happened in the past. Who knows, if you are old enough, you might pick up some old time memories of the early days of technology. For those youngster who are curious about technology this is literary the road map that shows how far we’ve come since the early days.
